Our B&B normally starts at £85 per room per night (more for weekend or peak season stays). We also offer the same accomodation on a room only basis (no breakfast or room servicing) which starts at £50 per room per night.

Bookings for the St Andrews Golf Open in 2015 cannot be made online but are available - please contact us for details. Likewise we do have availability from Jan 2013 onwards just email us for information.

For any payments outstanding on arrival at our B&B ash is, of course, accepted.  Cheques should be made payable to St Andrews B&B but are only accepted as deposits. We do not accept credit cards once you have arrived at our B&B.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled (in writing) prior to 6 weeks of the date of arrival then there will be a charge of 25% of the total amount for the booked accommodation. During special events such as golf competitions and graduation bookings should be paid for in full at time of reservation and are non refundable.
After 4 weeks prior to arrival the full cost of the booking will become due unless we have been able to re-let the accommodation. We will always confirm we have received your cancellation in writing.

Important - For peace of mind we recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance protection which will cover most eventualities. Details can be found at www.travelinsurance.co.uk
