Our B&B normally starts at £85 per room per night (more for weekend or peak season stays). We also offer the same accomodation on a room only basis (no breakfast or room servicing) which starts at £50 per room per night.

Cash is, of course, accepted. We can accept most major debit and credit cards but not American Express however there is a 5% charge for credit or debit card payment. Cheques should be made payable to St Andrews Leisure Ltd but are only accepted as deposits.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled (in writing) prior to 6 weeks of the date of arrival then there will be a charge of 25% of the total amount for the booked accommodation. During special events such as golf competitions and graduation bookings should be paid for in full at time of reservation and are non refundable.
After 6 weeks prior to arrival the full cost of the booking will become due unless we have been able to re-let the accommodation. We will always confirm we have received your cancellation in writing.

Important - For peace of mind we recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance protection which will cover most eventualities. Details can be found at www.travelinsurance.co.uk
