"Being a converted barn one can imagine the unusual features, many of which have been retained. Combed Ceilings, arched windows, original stone walls, interesting 'nooks and crannies' all combined with new polished wooden & stone floors, restored cast iron fireplaces along with quality fixtures and fittings."

About Us

Rooms - Cosy rooms are finished to the highest standard. Each of the rooms is individually decorated with co-ordinating themes. Most rooms have fireplaces, antique pine or brass beds and carefully picked pieces of art. Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite shower room.
Pricing for the rooms is from £40 per person per night depending on season/availability. Accomodation is also available on a room only basis from £25 per person.

There is also a seperate cottage available to let, please see 'COTTAGE' page.

Food As you would expect a hearty Scottish breakfast is offered along with a few alternatives including a vegetarian option, on request.. Prepared in our stylish country kitchen and served in our cosy dining room you can start the day looking through the original arched window to admire the view over the garden stream. Alternatively take advantage of the East Neuk climate (which has a better record of sunshine than the rest of Scotland) and dine al fresco in the garden.

Outdoors - The garden has been thoughtfully designed with waterfalls, ponds, patios, walkways, raised flower beds and even its own 'SwilkenBridge' over the small stream. There are areas for dining, walking, sun bathing, playing croquet & French Boules or simply enjoying the stunning views. " Other Facilities: Lots of free parking space available. Speciality breaks such as cycling and fitness weekends are available. Please call or e-mail for details.

Associations - We are part of www.standrewsbandbs.co.uk and www.astayinfife.co.uk
